You Know Me Well By: David Levithan and Nina LaCour

This book BLEW MY MIND! I have never highlighted so many amazing and thought provoking passages on any book I have read. I read this in just about one sitting (technically 2 because I started it at lunch at work). It has been awhile since I have stayed up past midnight to finish a book but I just was enraptured by this stunning novel. It dealt with real issues in a real way. It took the self esteem issues and confidence issues that teenagers deal with and described them perfectly and also dissected the brain of teenagers who are gay or lesbian. I loved this book so much I want to start it over and read it again just to feel those raw feelings it brought out and empathize with the love and heartbreak of both significant others and friends. Put this on your reading list for when it comes out!

I would like to thank NetGalley  and St. Martin's Press for allowing me the honor of reading and reviewing an Advanced Reader Copy of You Know Me Well. This book will be in my mind for a long time and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to read it.
