High school Rachel would have eaten this book up. So I am going to write the review in the perspective of my younger self.
Just Another Girl was the trifecta of what makes me interested in a book, a strong female lead, a touch of romance, and a lot of nerdiness. I love Rube Goldberg machines and having them incorporated into a book just made me that much more excited to read this book. The machine being incorporated into the cover was quite the added bonus. The book read smooth and fast, keeping a good cadence and flow.
I received this book at the Wisconsin Novel Luncheon from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
