The One-in-a-Million Boy By: Monica Wood

I was entranced by this novel. It sucked me in and kept me reading intently through the very last page. It caused me to fall in love with the characters: an unnamed boy, a 104 year old woman he helps every week for scouts, and the boys family. What I loved is that the boy is unnamed. He is unique, has personality, but is simply referred to as 'the boy.' The book was smooth, from one part to the next, and kept me interested.

Thanks to NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for giving me and Advanced Reader Copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. here.
