The Dollhouse By: Fiona Davis

I have to admit, I completely underestimated the Dollhouse. I went into it intrigued but not much more than that. I am so happy that was enough to pique my interest and read the book. This was the perfect mix of historical and contemporary fiction. The setting is the same, just fifty years apart. It perfectly captures the lifestyles of the times it is set in and the characters are wonderfully flawed. It is realistic with a touch of thriller and mystery.
